• Newsletter: your email address and confirmation status, if you subscribe.
• Technical data: to protect our forms from abuse we store a keyed, one-way hash of your IP address alongside submissions and in short-lived rate-limit records. We do not store your raw IP address with your enquiry.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, schedule and manage consultations, send the confirmations and updates you would expect, and, if you subscribe, send occasional insights. We do not sell your information.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run this website, including hosting, database, email delivery and media storage services. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.

Retention

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to respond, deliver any resulting work and meet our legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, and you can unsubscribe from insight emails at any time using the link in each email.
